AP automation, bank file payments, dimensional reporting and platform administration — delivered by someone who has done the bookkeeping underneath it, not just the implementation on top.
This page is aimed at a different organisation to the rest of our site, and it is worth being direct about that rather than selling you a platform you do not need.
You run multiple entities or currencies, need genuine consolidation, have a finance function rather than one bookkeeper, and are hitting the ceiling of Xero, QuickBooks or Sage 50.
Your month-end is slow because approvals, invoice capture and payment runs are manual, and you can quantify the hours it costs.
You are a sole trader, a small advisory practice, or a business under about 20 staff on a single entity. Xero or QuickBooks will serve you better and cost a fraction. We would tell you so on the call.
If that last one describes you, our Intelligent Office support and managed IT services are built for firms your size.
Take any one as a project, or combine them into ongoing platform support.
The whole accounts payable workflow, from invoice capture to approved payment, with minimal manual intervention.
Payment files generated directly from Intacct, removing the rekeying that causes payment errors.
Administration and configuration of your environment — secure, current and performing.
Client billing, invoicing and order processing end to end.
Reporting that surfaces the numbers the board actually asks for, in real time.
Extensions and workflow automation built around how your finance team actually works.
What the finance team does today, where the manual effort goes, and what "better" would look like.
Deliverables and price in writing. Sage Intacct work is quoted per project rather than from a price list.
Configuration and automation built in a controlled way, tested against your real processes before go-live.
Documented handover to your team, or ongoing platform support if you would rather we kept it running.
No. We implement, configure and support the platform. Licensing is between you and Sage or your reseller, which means we have no incentive to recommend modules you would not use.
Per project, scoped and quoted in writing after a requirement call. Unlike our IFA and IT services there is no standard price list, because Sage Intacct requirements vary too widely for one to be meaningful. Ongoing platform support can be arranged as a monthly retainer.
Often the most useful engagement. A configuration review usually finds automation that was never switched on, dimensions that were set up inconsistently, or approval routing that people work around. That is a project in its own right.
Usually not, unless you have genuine multi-entity, multi-currency or consolidation requirements. Xero is excellent and much cheaper. The honest trigger is when consolidation or intercompany work is being done in spreadsheets every month — that is when Intacct starts to pay for itself.
Tell us what your finance team is doing manually and we'll tell you honestly whether Sage Intacct is the answer — including when it isn't.
